Our office will be closed from 19 09 2016, reopening 17 10 2016, for internal work and systems improvements. I wish to be on holidays, but this is not the case :-( we will be working harder during this period.
Current cases will continue to be processed normally and clients will be in contact via internal messages as usual.
Telephone will not be answered during this period; emails will be responded.
We are implementing new tools (new software) to improve and expedite our procedures and this will require our intense dedication to achieve the best results.
My apologies for the necessary inconvenient, we are working hard to manage the fast growing number of clients and this requires a major overhaul in our systems and procedures.
If your case is urgent, please send me an email explaining the situation and I will evaluate the urgency. I will make myself available to you in case of a real emergency.
